Local Delivery (Within Malaysia)

Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

We provide FREE Pos Laju shipping on orders with minimum purchase of RM150 within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. 

Flat Rate charge of RM7 will be implied for purchase below RM150 

Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.


Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We post all orders made before 1PM, Monday - Friday on the same day via Pos Laju. Pos Laju is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 1PM will only be shipped on Monday. If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.


International Delivery (Worldwide)

Q1: What are the international shipping methods?

International orders will be shipped out using Poslaju International 

Tracking numbers will be provided for all services by email once order has been processed.


Q2: What are the shipping costs?

The cost will be calculated upon checkout based on the parcel weight. You can check the rate here :

Q3: Customs and Import Charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting



RETURN POLICY


At Mumsluv, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.


  • If there by any reason for you to feel dissatisfied regarding your purchase which cause by any defect in the material (torn apart or dirty ONLY) or we have mistakenly sent wrong items to you, you may return it to us in a condition that it is still not worn, not washed, not amended, not ironed, and ALL TAGS ARE STILL IN A GOOD STATE. All returns must be done within 7 days from your purchased day. Kindly fill in the RETURN FORM and submit to us for reference. 
  • Please be informed that we are not obligated to return your payment made through Molpay or PayPal, if your order is failed to be accepted by our system. This problem may occur due to some technical errors or glitch in the system that we are not liable for. However, if this situation occurs, we will give a few options to you based on our discretion as stated below:

 

a) You may re-order with the same ordered items.

b) You may re-order with a different ordered item with the same price as your payment.

c) We may give you a discount code for your next purchase.
